Shipping Times & Package Protection

Hi there, my crafty friend!

At Amy & Art we love our community. ❤️ We offer the highest quality wood cutouts and create them right in our shop. We and strive to ship your items as quickly as possible. Here's what you can expect for processing and shipping times.

We ship via USPS to the continental US.

In Stock Items

Items that are in-stock are processed and shipped within 2 - 4 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary based on your location. We are based in central Ohio. Shipping times are generally 1 - 5 days.

To give a better idea of shipping (transit) times, Ohio and surrounding states generally arrive 1 - 3 days after being shipped. Items shipping to the west coast can take up to 5 days.

Transit times are estimates only. There are a variety of factors that impact transit times, including weather. If you notice that your package is delayed, please reach out to us at hello@amyandart.com. USPS has fabulous customer service and will work with us to get your package delivered.

Package Protection

We offer package protection on every order. If you choose package protection and your package is lost by USPS or damaged in transit, we will replace your order. In fact, your order will jump to the front of the line. 🎉

Please note that if a package is delayed, the first step is to reach out to USPS and see if they can locate your package.

If you do not choose package protection, we will go through the USPS claims system to remedy the lost package.

Custom Orders

Processing time for custom orders varies. Some custom orders will require review by the customer. Others will not. Please check the listing to determine if your custom order requires review and approval. If your order does require review and approval, here is the process:

1. Your order is designed and you are given the opportunity to review the proof and request changes. You will have a time window to review and respond. 

2. Once you approve the design, the order will be placed in line to be cut. Please note that we have a cutting schedule with our machines and your order will not go immediately to the cutting process. Times will vary based on current cutting schedule and time of year. You will get an estimate when you approve the final proof, which can be anywhere between 2 and 5 days.

3. No changes can be made once you approve your custom order so please be thorough and take time to review your proof, ask questions, and consider the design in totality before approving for production.

Joyful Crafting Club FAQs

How do I know when the crafting parties & tutorials will be held?

Great question! Our crafting parties and tiered tray styling tutorials are on Thursday nights. There's a calendar in the membership group. If you can't be there, everything is recorded so that you can catch the replay.

What is an adornment or embellishment?

Good question! An adornment or embellishment is something we add to the wood cutouts or garland tags to give them some pizazz! This might be a napkin that we decoupage, ribbon, beads for a bead garland. The adornments won't always be the same, and you may have no adornments depending on the tray. Anything Amy uses in the sample tray will be included. You are free to use these things, add to them, or use none of them! The sky is the limit!

What do you mean that there's a customization each month?

This is my favorite part about the club - each month there will be something special that you get to choose! It might be a personalization on a sign (like a monogram or a last name), a choice between two themes (like Easter or Spring), or a choice between two colors for the adornments (like blue or red).

How do I know if the Joyful Crafting Club is right for me?

If you love to craft and be with other women who love crafting, then this is the right group for you! If crafting isn't your thing, or if you would rather buy a finished tiered tray then this probalby isn't the right fit.
