🌦 rainboot & umbrella gumball machine filler
🌦 faux hello spring scoop with a mini-tag, scoop and a faux wood beads 

To finish this tray you will need:

🌦 paint in chosen colors
🌦 paint brushes or other tools to apply paint
🌦 jute or similar twine/ribbon to hang the scoop
🌦 adhesive
